How is "per user" pricing calculated?
Each user includes support for their primary devices (laptop, phone) plus shared access to your network infrastructure. The per-user model ensures predictable costs as your team grows.
What if we have more devices than users?
Our pricing includes all internal network devices (switches, routers, servers, NAS, SANs, copiers, printers) regardless of quantity. You only pay per user, not per device.
How do we qualify for non-profit pricing?
Any registered 501(c)(3) organization qualifies for our discounted non-profit rate. Simply provide your tax-exempt documentation when signing up.
Are there any setup fees?
We evaluate each situation individually. Contact us for a free consultation and we'll provide a complete quote with no hidden fees.
